A: If the shipping address you provided during checkout is incorrect, please contact us to see if we will cancel the order. We can then re list the item so that you can re purchase with the correct address.
If we have shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. If possible, we recommend that you try to pick up the package from the original address.
If your item is showing as delivered, or the estimated delivery date has passed, check with a neighbor in case you weren't home when the package arrived and they took delivery of it for you.
